About Me
I am a white, queer, trans/non-binary, disabled, English-speaking, US-born therapist working on unceded Kizh territory (Los Angeles, CA).
I am a practicing Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing remote therapy throughout the state of California. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, and much of my time in the field so far has been spent supporting other trans/queer/non-binary people.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I grew up often feeling like there wasn’t a place for me. That early sense of disconnection shaped my deep commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and supported in their full complexity. As a therapist, I approach our work together with warmth, curiosity, and a belief that healing happens in relationship, both in the therapy room and beyond.
After working in education, various creative fields, and advocacy-based spaces, I became interested in pursuing a path in psychotherapy because I saw this work as a natural extension of all of my interests. I am a therapist because I believe in the power of healing through connection, story, and self-discovery. I’ve seen how transformative it can be to feel truly heard and supported, and I’m drawn to this work by a deep commitment to justice, curiosity about people’s inner worlds, and care for collective and individual well-being.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to therapy. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in liberation. I work with adults, children, couples, and families of all genders, with a focus on queer and trans clients. Outside of therapy, I find joy in nature, art, and community.
